The importance of the safety and well being of all golf lesson participants, as well as our community at large, has lead to a number of policy and procedure changes.  The safe operation of golf lesson services is a top priority and requires everyone’s participation.  Please see below for details outlining the new policies and procedures being implemented.

Lesson participation requires that individuals;

  • Are not showing signs and symptoms of illness of any kind.

  • Have not had any recent travel history outside of Ontario in the past 14 days, or had close contact with anyone showing signs of illness with recent travel history.

  • Have not tested positive for COVID-19 or come in close contact with someone who has a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.

Failure to abide by the above will result in an immediate stop to any lesson service in progress and you will be asked to leave the premisses.  Refunds will not be available, or, in the case of a prepaid lesson package, your lesson will be forfeited.

  • Participants are required to fill out the COVID-19 Online Questionnaire prior to your lesson(s).  A link will be sent via email the morning before your scheduled lesson.  You can also access the questionnaire through the link at the top of this page or by clicking here.

  • Lessons must be paid in advance.  A secure invoice will be provided via email prior to your lesson.

  • Check in with the parking lot greeter and make them aware you are there for a golf lesson. They will direct you appropriately.

  • Shuttle service to the practice facility has been temporarily suspended.  Lesson participants will be required to walk to and from the practice area.  Please keep this in mind when packing your bag and for time considerations.

  • Lesson participants are required to bring their own golf clubs.  Borrowing/renting clubs will not be available.

  • Lesson participants are encouraged to wear masks but are not required (exception - if you suffer from seasonal allergies you will be required to wear a mask).

  • Physical distancing measures will be clearly identified during lessons and are to be upheld as much as possible.

  • Participants may bring their own training aids to use; however, training aids will not be provided during lessons.  This includes use of GC Quad (subject to change).

  • In the case of inclement weather during a lesson, participants are to seek shelter in their vehicles as the clubhouse remains closed.

The above policies and procedures are subject to change at any time.  Please check back here regularly for updates.  Any questions or concerns can be directed to
