POLICIES &

PROCEDURES 

UPDATED FOR THE 2022 OUTDOOR SEASON

The importance of the safety and well being of all golf lesson participants, as well as our community at large, has lead to a number of policy and procedure changes.  The safe operation of golf lesson services is a top priority and requires everyone’s participation.  Please see below for details outlining the new policies and procedures being implemented.

LESSON PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Lesson participation requires that individuals;

  • Are not showing signs and symptoms of illness of any kind.

  • Have not tested positive for COVID-19 or come in close contact with someone who has a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.

Failure to abide by the above will result in an immediate stop to any lesson service in progress.  Refunds will not be available, or, in the case of a prepaid lesson package, your lesson will be forfeited.

PRIOR TO YOUR LESSON

Participants are encouraged but not required to fill out the COVID-19 Online Questionnaire prior to your lesson(s).  You can access the questionnaire through the link at the top of this page or by clicking here.  Submissions are valid if completed within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson.

DURING YOUR LESSON

  • Physical distancing to be maintained when reasonable to do so.

  • To minimize traffic, use of the practice area will be available during lesson times only.  Warm up is permitted up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your lesson.

  • Lesson participants are required to bring their own golf clubs.  Borrowing/renting clubs will not be available.
